MONROE - Black Hawk senior Michael Wolff was named as a two-way first-team all-conference player in the Six Rivers Conference for football this season.
Wolff was named the league's top quarterback and made the list as a defensive back as well.
Warrior's junior Hayden Schliem was also named first team for offense and senior Bryant Luhman was named first-team as a punter. Senior Christian Krahenbuhl was second-team as a center, junior Jace Johnsrud was second-team as a specialist and Michael Walker was second-team as a linebacker. Senior wide out Jake Meier was honorable mention on offense and Luhman won honorable mention at linebacker.
Pecatonica's Jared Johnson was honored as one of three first-team running backs. Three Vikings seniors joined Johnson on offense for first team, and another on defense. Tackle Ryan Geissbuhler, specialist Charlie Rubio and kicker Tannar Johnson were all first-team - with Rubio getting the nod on first-team at defensive back. Geissbuhler was second-team as a defensive lineman and seniors Zach Mick (DL) and Taylor Berg (LB) were honorable mention on defense.
Black Hawk and Pecatonica both finished their respective seasons with 5-3 records in conference. Black Hawk won the head-to-head game.
Potosi was undefeated in conference, going 8-0, and had 12 players named to the all-conference list.
