PRAIRIE DU CHIEN - In a quad Friday against Prairie du Chien, Lancaster and Southwestern, the Darlington girls golf team placed third, with junior Kennedy Wagner leading the team with a 102 and fourth overall.
The Redbirds as a team shot 463, edged out by second-place Southwestern, which shot 451. Redbirds golfers Marissa Gould and Maggie Nordquist each turned in a 119, while Chloe Muhlstein shot a 123.
Lancaster won the tournament with a 448 and Southwestern's Bailee Bussan was medalist (85).
