FORT ATKINSON - Darlington junior Kennedy Wagner finished tied for 14th at the WIAA Division 2 Jefferson regional to qualify for the sectional.
Wagner shot a 32-over-par 104 at the Koshonong Mounds Country Club to qualify for the sectional. Wagner tied Madison Edgewood's Anaka Leske and Clinton's Taylor Peterson. Darlington sophomore Marissa Gould took 19th (112) and sophomore Maggie Nordquist was 29th (121). Junior teammate Chloe Muhlstein carded a 130 for 35th.
The top four teams qualify for the sectional. Madison Edgewood captured the regional team title with a 369. Jefferson finished second (377), Edgerton third (413), and Southwestern fourth (437). Darlington finished sixth with a 467, which was 30 shots away from state.
