Madison Abundant Life 34

MADISON - Juda senior Keagan Haffele scored a game-high 26 points and the Panthers had three players reach double figures in a rout over Madison Abundant Life in the season opener Monday.

"His performance is what we needed out of a senior leader," Juda coach Kurtis Mansfield said. "The other guys were pushing the tempo and allowing him to score the ball in transition."

The Panthers raced out to a 54-21 lead at the half and didn't look back. Juda senior Luke Skoumal added 15 points.

"Overall as a team, what will set us apart from last year is pushing the tempo more," Mansfield said. "Our goal is to make every game a track meet."
