DUBUQUE - Ava Beaves shot a 10-over-par 45 to earn medalist honors as the East Dubuque girls golf team edged Darlington in a dual meet 199-210.
Kennedy Wagner and Marissa Gould each carded a 49 to lead the Redbirds.
"I was really impressed b y Kennedy's and Marissa's round today," Darlington coach Molly Rice said. "They both stayed focused and determined the entire time and showed up big today."
Chloe Muhlstein shot a 54, and Holly Ray finished with a 58 for Darlington.
"We have made great strides this season, but we can still work on consistency, especially with our chipping and putting," Rice said.
The Redbirds drop to 2-15.
