PLATTEVILLE — Junior Jack Gentilli, of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville men’s soccer team, was honored for his play in three Pioneer victories by the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C).
In three contests, the Belleville native scored five goals. Gentilli scored twice in a 4-1 victory over Wheaton on Sept. 13, twice more in a 3-2 win at Simpson College on Sept. 16, and once in 4-1 win against Albion College on Sept. 18.
Gentilli leads the Pioneers with five goals and four assists. Gentilli is the reigning All-Wisconsin Co-Offensive Player of the Year.
Gentilli is majoring in environmental engineering. Gentilli has scored 25 goals and added 12 assists in 46 games played for the Pioneers.
