A two-time WIAC Coach of the Year, Boudreau has led the Warhawks to 18 NCAA Tournament appearances, including the national championship in 2005. UW-Oshkosh is projected to secure its third consecutive regular-season title. The Titans also advanced to the quarterfinals of the NCAA Division III championship a year ago. UW-Oshkosh enters the 2025 campaign ranked No. 6 in the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA)/TARAFLEX NCAA Division III Preseason Poll.
