MONROE - The Monroe boys basketball team won the regional championship Saturday, with a 38-32 defeat of Reedsburg. With the win, the Cheesemakers earned a trip to the sectional semifinals. Monroe will play DeForest at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 28, at Middleton High School.
Tickets for the game will be sold at the high school office during regular school hours Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Tickets are $4 each.
Monroe High School will also host the Division 4 boys sectional semifinal game between Cuba City and Southwestern at 7 p.m. Thursday. Tickets for this game can also be purchased at the high school office during regular office hours.
