MONROE - Monroe Optimist Tri-Star Pass-Shoot-Dribble basketball contest will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, March 10 at the Green County YMCA.
The annual event is designed to test basketball skills of boys and girls, age 6 to 13 years old. Each age will be divided into boy and girl categories. The gym will be available for warm-up, beginning at 12:45 p.m.
Participation medals will be given to all contestants, and a drawing for two leather basketballs will follow the competition. The Mo Sathoff Memorial Award and gift certificate will be awarded to the contestant with the most points.
