MONROE - Monroe High School will host an open house this week to tour the new fitness center, expanded weight room and high ropes program.

The open house at the high school is slated for 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday. Students will have the opportunity to climb and belay with officers from the Monroe Police and Fire Departments on the many elements of high ropes. Spectators are also welcome to attend the open house.
