MARSHALL - The New Glarus girls basketball team dropped a Capitol South Conference game to rival Marshall 83-61 on Tuesday.

The Cardinals led the Glarner Knights by just four points at the half. However, Marshall outscored New Glarus 49-31 in the second half.

New Glarus drops to 17-5, 7-3 Capitol South. With the win, Marshall (21-0, 10-0) clinched the conference title outright.
