had seven players selected all-conference in the Capitol for the 2019 spring girls soccer season.
Senior midfielder Kirstin Krantz and junior Ellie Gentilli were first-team sections, as were defenders Julia McNamar (senior), Brooke Watrud (junior) and Ellawyn Fong (senior). Senior Rachael Heittola was the first-team all-conference goalkeeper.
Emma Anson, a sophomore defender, was a second-team all-conference selection.
Lake Mills freshman forward Ava Stelter was the Capitol Conference player of the year. Stelter scored 33 of the L-Cats’ 54 goals on the season, including 15 in conference play.
Sugar River ran away with the Capitol Conference title, going 7-0 on the season. The Raiders didn’t allow a goal in conference play.
