BELLEVILLE — The Glarner Knights had four players reach double figures and pulled away in the second half against rival Belleville Jan. 14 to score a 70-43 win.
New Glarus led by 11 at halftime, but outscored rival Belleville 37-21 over the final 18 minutes.
Jaylynn Benson led all scorers with 21 points, while Dylan Noll had 17, Lily Himmelmann finished with 12 and Ellie Eichelkraut added 10.
Callie Smith led Belleville with 20 points.
Darlington 55, Riverdale 41
MUSCODA — Allison Thompson and Brenna McDonald each scored 16 points as the Redbirds improved to 6-4 on the season after a Jan. 14 win, the team’s fourth-straight victory.
Darlington led by just two at halftime but held Riverdale to just 13 points over the final 18 minutes.
Tess Johnson scored 25 for Riverdale.
Turner 52, Brodhead 47
BRODHEAD — The Cardinals made a run at the Trojans but came up just short as time expired in their game Jan. 14.
Jenn Njoo led Turner with 21 points while teammate Olivia Tinder added 10 points. Njoo finished 6 of 8 from behind the 3-point line.
Carissa Purdue and Abbie Dix each scored 16 points for Brodhead, with Kiarra Moe adding nine.
Albany 84, Benton 31
BENTON — The Comets found their offense in a nonconference win over the Zephyrs Jan. 13.
Payton Wachholz scored 22 to lead Albany, which also got 21 points from Brianna Dahl and 13 from Kaiya Zurfluh.
Albany led 51-16 at halftime.
