MINERAL POINT — The Pecatonica-Argyle Vikings lost a 66-13 dual match to Mineral Point Jan. 15.
Pec-Argyle’s Lucas Gilbertson pinned Mason Horn in just 14 seconds in the 220-pound bout. The Vikings also got wins from Noah Krahenbuhl (120), who won a 15-4 major decision, and Easton Schraepfer (152), who won by a 7-0 decision.
Mineral Point won eight matches by pin-fall, and three others by forfeits.

WHITEWATER — The Cardinals scored just three victories in a dual loss to the Whippets Jan. 15.
Jackson Hauri pinned Whitewater’s Carter Friend in the 152-pound match in 2:45, while Cole Hoesly (160) bested Whitewater’s Martin Gonzalez via pin in 2:30. Russell Waeffler (126) edged Whitewater’s Trenten Zahn by a 12-8 decision.
The Whippets won eight matches by pin-fall, and picked up another 24 points on four Cardinals forfeits.
