MONROE — In the final tune-up before playoffs begin, the Cheesemakers routed Milton 68-45 Feb. 14.
Sydney Hilliard scored 25 points, grabbed seven rebounds and had five assists and three steals to lead the way for Monroe. Emily Benzschawel had 14 points and four rebounds, while Grace Tostrud was 3-for-5 from deep and finished with 12 points and nine rebounds.
Monroe shot 7 of 13 from 3-point range, 27-for-54 from the field and 7-for-10 from the line.
Milton had only Chloe Buescher (12) reach double figures.
Black Hawk 81, Albany 27
SOUTH WAYNE — Sophomore Bailey Butler scored 25 points, hit four 3-pointers, grabbed three rebounds and dished out six assists as the Warriors finished the regular season unbeaten for the third straight season.
Black Hawk junior Natalie Leuzinger had 18 points, five rebounds and three steals, while fellow junior Hannah Butler had 15 points, seven rebounds, six assists and four steals.
The Warriors shot 28-for-58 from the field, 17-for-23 from the line and hit 8 of 21 shots from beyond the arc. Black Hawk, which led 50-12 at halftime, also committed just five turnovers in the Feb. 15 game.
Monticello 63, Albany 43
MONTICELLO — The Ponies upended Albany 63-43 Feb. 16 in the regular season finale.
Monticello had four players in double figures, with Alyssen Noriega leading the way with 18. Mackie Errthum (13), Lindsey Pence (11) and Abby Wicker (11) all reached double digits in points for the Ponies, which led 33-24 at halftime and ran away with the game in the second half, outscoring the Comets 30-19.
Monticello 68, Juda 27
JUDA — Noriega dropped 22 points on the Panthers, while Errthum had 12 for the Ponies Feb. 15. Claire Klossner scored for Monticello, which had eight players score four or more points on the night.
The Ponies led 34-11 at halftime and were 13 of 18 from the charity stripe in the game.
Montana Steinmann led Juda with 20 points, including three 3s and a 5-for-6 mark from the charity stripe in the second half. Steinmann scored seven of her teams 11 points in the first half and 13 of 16 in the second half.
Argyle 74, Juda 37
ARGYLE — The Orioles had 12 players score against the Panthers in a win Feb. 14.
Senior Kirsten Ostby scored a team-high 13 points, while fellow seniors Alysabeth Lantz (12) and Jena Saalsaa (11) also reached double figures on senior night. Freshman Grace Ganshert added nine points.
Argyle 54, Barneveld 27
BARNEVELD — The Orioles led 24-7 at halftime and didn’t let up in the second half.
Jena Saalsaa scored 17 points to lead the way for Argyle, while Alysabeth Lantz had 13, Tori Lantz 11 and Kirsten Ostby nine.
Darlington 48, Riverdale 44
MUSCODA — Allison Thompson scored 14 points to lead the Redbirds, while Kathleen Mathias had 10 points and Kaylee Meyers seven.
Darlington led 20-17 at halftime and had to grind until the final buzzer. The Redbirds finished the regular season one game behind Mineral Point in the SWAL standings.
Waterloo 65, New Glarus 58
WATERLOO — The Glarner Knights led by 10 at the half, but were outscored 39-22 in the second half of their game Feb. 14 against the Pirates.
Jaylynn Benson led New Glarus with 18 points, while Emily Streiff had 12, Morgan Hustad 10 and Lexi Krause eight.
Belleville 61, New Glarus 56, OT
BELLEVILLE — The Wildcats held off the Knights in the regular season finale Feb. 16.
Jenna Shrader led Belleville with 16 points, while Ava Foley and Rachael Heittola each scored 12. Jade Halvensleben added nine for the Wildcats.
In other area scores, Belleville defeated Pecatonica 72-15 Feb. 14. Heittola led the way with 25 points.
Brodhead 71, East Troy 58
BRODHEAD — The Cardinals knocked off the second-place team in the Rock Valley Feb. 15 in a final tune-up before the playoffs begin.
Freshman Kiarra Moe exploded for 27 points, while classmate Madisyn Kail had 20 and junior Carissa Purdue 14.
Brodhead led the Trojans 26-25 at halftime, but found a rhythm on offense in the second half to pull away.
Brodhead 51, Jefferson 27
BRODHEAD — The Cardinals outscored the Eagles 27-8 in the first half of their game Feb. 14.
Moe led all scorers with 19 points, while Kail had 14 and senior Alexis Oliver 11. Jefferson, which lost in the Division 2 sectional final a season ago, was held without a player in double figures.
