The Monroe dance team performed its jazz routine at state in La Crosse on Saturday, Feb. 3. The Cheesemakers finished ninth. Sophomore Mikayla Schwartzlow earned all-state honors as a soloist. The dance team will perform at halftime of the Monroe boys basketball game against Jefferson on Friday, Feb. 16.
