GREEN BAY — The Fury U-19 girls hockey team played their third and fourth games Nov. 28 at Cornerstone Ice Arena against the Bobcats U19. The pair of teams split the series, with the Bobcats winning 6-3 in the opener and the Fury taking the second game 2-1.

Albany’s Alyssa Knauf had a hat trick in the first game, scoring in each period by going top shelf. Anika Einbeck of Monroe and Emma Kilgora of Milton each had assists. Olivia Cronin of Beloit Memorial had 25 saves in net for the Fury.

In the second game, Sam Wells of Beloit Turner slipped the puck past the netminder, with Einbeck assisting in the first period. Einbeck then scored the game-winner in the second period unassisted. Cronin had 26 saves.

The Fury are now 1-3 on the season at the new club level after temporarily leaving the WIAA due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Fury hit the ice again Dec. 5 at SLICE in Monroe against the Wildcats.
