Monroe’s Baileigh Jelle (12) and Valeria Heredia-Beltran (24) fight for possession during the Cheesemakers’ 9-0 loss at home to previously ranked Evansville on May 19. Monroe (1-11-1, 1-6-1 RVC) lost 1-0 at East Troy on May 21. The final regular season game for the Cheesemakers was scheduled for May 22 at home against Lodi. Monroe will then get more than a week off until regional playoffs begin June 3. Seeding for the postseason has yet to take place.
