BELLEVILLE — The Capitol South Conference has released its All-Conference selections in girls basketball, boys basketball, girls wrestling, and boys wrestling.

Senior Toria Devoe of Belleville was named the Player of the Year in girls basketball. She was a unanimous First Team All-Conference selection. Devoe averaged 24.8 points per game and made 38.5% of her three-point attempts in leading the Wildcats to a 15-9 record.

Other players earning First Team All-Conference were juniors Ellie Brenkman and Kalia Malaise of New Glarus. The Capitol South Conference also named juniors Nikole Schultz and Khylee Lietz of Belleville and junior Kate Parman of New Glarus to Second Team All-Conference. Honorable Mention went to junior Bryn Prochaska of Belleville and freshman Ellie Parman of New Glarus.

In boys basketball, First Team All-Conference honors went to junior Nolan Julseth and senior Matt Roth of New Glarus. The Capitol South also named senior Jackson Scholey of Belleville, senior Tatem Stampfli of New Glarus, and junior Brent Weeden of New Glarus to Second Team All-Conference. Named Honorable Mention were senior Grady Johnson of New Glarus and Hazeon Edmond of Belleville.

Eight boys wrestlers from the Sugar River Raiders earned All-Conference selections. Named to First Team All-Conference were senior Maddox Mau at 106 pounds, senior Ashlin Mihlbauer at 150 pounds, and senior Cayson Helwig at 175 pounds. Named Second Team All-Conference were freshman Kyan Lentz at 113 pounds, freshman Brooks Krauss at 126 pounds, senior Lukas Loshaw at 165 pounds, and sophomore Brady Baer at 190 pounds. Honorable Mention went to freshman Bronko Baer at 157 pounds.

In girls wrestling, senior Nora Christensen of Sugar River was named First Team All-Conference at 235 pounds.
