SOUTH WAYNE — Three Black Hawk football players will participate in the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association all-star game this summer.

Seniors Avery Baumgartner, Cayden Milz and Jaylen Rufenacht were all named to the South Small school rosters.

Baumgartner is a two-time Six Rivers lineman of the year. Milz and Rufenacht were a dual threat at running back on offense and dominated from sideline to sideline on defense. Baumgartner will suit up in the all-star game on the offensive line. Milz will work as a linebacker, and Rufenacht as a defensive back.

The WFCA All-Star games will be held July 18 at UW-Oshkosh’s Titan Stadium. The eight-player game will take place at 10 a.m., with the small school game at 1:30 p.m. The large school contest is scheduled to start at 5 p.m.
