NEW GLARUS - Junior guard Tyler Kreklow of New Glarus received the ultimate conference honor by being named unanimous first-team all-Capitol South and the co-player of the year.
Kreklow and Marshall freshman Cam Ward shared the player of the year honors.
Glarner Knights senior Tyler Dorn was named to the second team and fellow senior Kirbe French was named honorable mention.
New Glarus finished the season with a 6-4 conference record, which put them in third place. The Knights lost the regular season finale to Cambridge (8-2), which won the league. Had New Glarus won, it would have forced a 3-way tie for the conference crown.
