MONROE - The postseason basketball accolades kept rolling in for Monticello senior Lukas Kolasch.
Kolasch was named the Six Rivers East Conference Player of the Year and was also first team all-conference. Kolasch averaged 14.4 points per game and led the Ponies to a (16-9, 10-2 Six Rivers East) record and a second place finish in the conference behind Barneveld.
Juda seniors Brandon Bauman and Joey Jordan were also named first team all-conference. Kolasch's teammate sophomore Lucas Marty was named first team all-conference as was Albany sophomore Isaiah Shell. The other first team all-conference selections include Pecatonica senior Karson Feller and Black Hawk senior Hayden Schliem.
Barneveld had three players named to the first team including Sam Nechkash, senior Swayer Lee and sophomore Jeremy Whitish.
Black Hawk juniors Merik Meythaler and Coltin Piefer were named honorable mention all-conference. Monticello senior Austin Steffen and Pecatonica senior Tanner Kleppe were also honorable mention picks. The other honorable mention selections were Juda junior Matt Trotter and Albany senior Gavin Ruef.
