ARGYLE - The Monticello Ponies got multi-hit games from four players in a 10-0 dominating win over Argyle Monday.
Tyler Ritschard was 3 for 3 and Chris Voegeli, Corey McGowan and Trae Seffrood all finished 2 for 4 in the rout. Ritschard and McGowan also had doubles.
Monticello's Lukas Kolasch notched the win on the hill, allowing one hit and four walks while striking out eight in five innings. Nate Thomas took the loss for Argyle, giving up eight earned runs in four innings with four strikeouts.
The Ponies scored two runs in each of the first two innings, three in the third, two more in the fourth and another run in the fifth.
