Icy roads bring games to halt

MONROE - For the second straight day, bad weather forced the postponement of area athletic events.

The Monroe High School boys basketball team's Badger South Conference game against Oregon was postponed for the second time this season. The game has been rescheduled for Feb. 2.

The other events that were affected are:

Also, the New Glarus girls basketball team's game at Evansville that originally was scheduled for last Thursday was rescheduled to Feb. 14.
