MONROE - The Green County Gems gymnastics team will host the Stars of the Future gymnastics meet Saturday, Jan. 18 at the Green County YMCA.
The gymnastics meet will start at 8 a.m. Saturday. Gymnasts in Level 1 through Level 9 will be competing and it will feature a wide range of skills and levels of difficulty. Each gymnast will compete on the balance beam, uneven bars, vault and on the floor.
There will be a basket raffle with about 14 different baskets to purchase and a chance to win (Wilderness Water Park basket, basket of local restaurant gift cards, fun-filled baskets for girls and boys, home décor basket, photography session and more). There is also a concession stand with a lot of offerings.
The entry fee for the meet is $3 for adults, $2 for children or $8 for a family which includes a program book.
