BELOIT - The Rock County Fury shut out Viroqua 3-0 Tuesday.
After two scoreless periods the Fury found some rhythm. Zoie Steig opened game scoring at the top of the third, assisted by Dani Heitsman. Eight seconds later, Anika Einbeck lit the lamp, assisted by Alyssa Knauf.
Finally, with 12 seconds remaining, Alyssa Knauf fed the net on passes from Einbeck and Anne Runde.
The Fury (12-2-2, 6-0 Badger) outshot Viroqua (7-5, 2-3) 53-19. The Fury play at Onalaska (5-6-1) Friday.
