MILTON - Monroe senior Alex Einbeck scored the game-tying goal before lightning delayed and postponed the game against Milton Tuesday night.

Einbeck scored the goal at 27 minutes, 49 seconds. Monroe coach Tony Vasquez said there was about 1 minute left before the half when the game went to a 20-minute delay. Vasquez said the game may end up as a tie or it could be rescheduled for a different day.

"Most likely, it will be a tie because our schedules are so packed," Vasquez said. Milton officials are expected to contact Monroe Athletic Director Dave Hirsbrunner.

Monroe senior goalkeeper Lucas Koch had six saves.
