Edgerton (10-1, 6-1 Rock Valley North) took a 30-28 lead after the third quarter before hitting 10 of 14 free throws in the fourth quarter. Bryan Gregory scored 22 points for Edgerton, including 18 in the second half.
J.J. Panoske added nine points for the Cardinals (8-5, 5-4 RVC South).
