CADIZ SPRINGS - The Cadiz Springs Friends Of The Park 5K and 10K Trail Run was held on Saturday, Aug. 25 at Cadiz Springs State Recreation Area.
Women's 5K winners were Rose Bendorf, first place; Michelle Benzschawel, first place; Brooke Foley, second place; Becky Thompson, third place; Savanna Kaster, fourth place; Susan Anderson, fifth place; Lisa Moon, sixth place; Shannon Hawkinson, seventh place; and Dana Seis, eighth place.
Hawkinson and Seis completed in the 5K race while pushing their children in strollers.
Men's 5K winners were Dave Varana, first place; Jesse Gleason, second place; Glen Polnow, third place; Justin Kranig, fourth place; Richard Daughenbaugh, fifth place; Andy Hill, sixth place; and Adam Hawkinson, seventh place.
Women's 10K winners were Doni Trimble, first place; Leigh Dierking, second place; Debra Morhoff, third place; Tina Morgan, fourth place; Lisa Keiken, fifth place; and Dawn Green, sixth place.
