MADISON - The Black Hawk Warriors lost to Bangor in the WIAA Division 7 state championship 37-14.
Black Hawk (13-1) fell behind 16-0 in the first five minutes of the game, but stayed within two points at 16-14 as late as the third quarter. Bangor (14-0) scored the final 21 points of the game to win its second state title in three years.
