MADISON - The Black Hawk Lady Warriors knocked off Minong Northwood 42-31 in the second WIAA Divison 4 state semifinal at the Kohl Center in Madison.
Black Hawk overcame a dismal 3-for-21 shooting performance in the first half and took control of the game in the third quarter, outscoring the Evergreens 13-2.
The Warriors were led in scoring by Rachel Rygh, who had 15 points.
Black Hawk plays Wausau Newman Catholic for the state championship at 12:05 p.m. Saturday.
