BELLEVILLE - New Glarus senior Gavin Binger scored a game-high 24 points to lead the Glarner Knights to a 71-56 win over Belleville Thursday night.
Binger made 10 of 13 from the free-throw line. New Glarus (6-5, 1-0 Capitol South) shot 82.3 percent from the line (28 of 34).
New Glarus senior Trey Taylor added 14 points, and freshman Zach Feller chipped in nine points.
Dan Meier scored a 15 points for Belleville (2-5, 0-1). Reese DeNure and Brock Kelly each chipped in nine.
