ALBANY - Junior Haley Freitag and sophomore Payton Zurfluh combined to score 27 points for the Albany girls basketball team, but Evansville clipped the Comets 56-48 on Friday. Albany (0-2) trailed by just six points at the half, 30-24. Freitag scored a team-high 14 points and Zurfluh added 13 points.
