ARGYLE - Logistically, Travis Erickson watched two equal, similarly-organized combatants square off Tuesday night when Potosi visited from the Six Rivers West.
Emotionally, he got an entirely different sensation in the 52-38 loss at home.
"They ran the exact same offense as us, but we were jogging through it," Erickson said.
The result was a 24-12 halftime deficit that felt even more insurmountable.
"The way we were playing it felt more like 20," Erickson said.
Bryce Liefried and Brooks Kittoe registered 12 points apiece for the Chieftains (2-4 overall).
Argyle got 13 from Andy Bohlman, who hit three 3-pointers, and will host Juda on Thursday.

Albany coach Derik Doescher is looking for a little more quality than quantity at this point after Tuesday's lopsided loss at home.
The Comets (0-5, 0-3 Six Rivers East) scored just one point in the first quarter and got shut out in the third as eight players hit shots but no one scored more than four points.
Barneveld (5-1, 3-1), on the other hand, came out like a bull in a china shop.
"Our energy, intensity and effort was poor," Doescher said. "When you come out like that against a team that expects to win every night, you end up with first quarters like tonight's."
