Thomas David Moczynski, age 59, of Brodhead, passed away on Thursday, June 5, 2025.

A funeral service will be held at Gunderson West Funeral and Cremation Care, 7435 University Ave., Middleton, at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 21, 2025. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday, June 21, 2025. Burial will take place at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 21731 Spring St., Union Grove, at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 25, 2025.
