Penny L. Wuthrich, age 68, of Monroe passed away on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at the SSM Health Hospital.  She was born on August 22, 1957 the daughter of Allen and Phyllis (Walters) Swanton.  On April 28, 1979 Penny married Russell Wuthrich.  She was a cook at Bill’s Sand Trap in Brodhead and also worked at MTX.  Penny enjoyed flower gardening, quilting, collecting miniature grandfather clocks, baking, NASCAR, and she loved her 2011, Green with Envy, Dodge Challenger SRT8.

Penny is survived by her husband Russell of Monroe; son, Ryan (Kristi) Wuthrich of Darlington’ and siblings, Melody (Jerry) Kattner of Waukesha and Mark Boelk of Warren, IL.  She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Michelle Piette.
