The One Where Nikki Was Loved by Everyone

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Nichole “Nikki” Friedrich, a loving mother, daughter, sister, and dear friend. A vibrant soul full of laughter and life, Nikki brought joy to every room she entered and warmth to every life she touched.  Nikki was born on April 2, 1981 the daughter of James and Sherri (Foulker) Vickers.  She graduated from Monroe High School in 1999 and went on to receive a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.

A devoted mother of three, she poured her heart into her family, always putting them first and celebrating every moment—big or small. She treasured time spent with family and friends, and you could often find her gathered around a table at playing cards, sharing stories, and creating memories that will be cherished forever.

Nikki had a contagious zest for life and an incredible ability to make others feel loved, seen, and supported. Her kindness, humor, and generosity stretched far and wide. She shared a special love for the TV show Friends, and fittingly lived her life with the same warmth, loyalty, and joy that the show brought to so many.

Nikki is survived by her children, Landon, Carter, and Braylee Friedrich all of Monroe; parents, James (Stephanie) Vickers of Harshaw, Sherri (Todd) Schindler of Monroe; boyfriend, Jason Bauer of Monroe; and siblings, Andrew (Erica) Vickers of Oak Creek and Alaina (BJ Forde) Schindler of Janesville.

Though our hearts are broken, we take comfort in knowing that her spirit will continue to shine through the countless lives she touched. She will forever be remembered for her laughter, her love, and the beautiful way she made everyone around her feel at home.

She was, and always will be, “the one where Nikki was loved by everyone.”
