Nanci J. Valentino, age 67 of Monroe, died Saturday June 14, 2025 at Pleasant View Nursing Home, surrounded by her family. She was born on January 13, 1958 in Milwaukee, the daughter of LeRoy and Evelyn (DeJean) Dalton. She graduated from Wauwatosa West High School and U.W. Milwaukee with a Bachelor Degree in Art History in 1980. Nanci married Michael Valentino on August 21, 1976 in Wauwatosa, WI. She was a member of Monroe United Methodist Church, Kiwanis Club, and several women’s clubs; she enjoyed raising Orchids, playing piano and cooking.

     She is survived by her husband, Michael of Monroe; sons, Christopher (An) Valentino of Rolling Meadows, IL and Cory (fiancé, Samantha Masseur) Valentino of Monticello; grandchildren, Luca, Enzo, and Lilliana. She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Steve Dalton.

     Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at the Monroe United Methodist Church. Burial will take place in Calvary cemetery. A visitation will be Saturday from 10:00 am until the time of service, at the Church. Shriner Hager Gohlke Funeral Home is assisting the family.
