Mary (Dalee) Harms, age 93, passed away peacefully on October 19, 2021, at her daughter’s home in Brantwood, WI.

She was born the daughter of Benjamin and Ella (Strunz) Christopherson on September 6, 1928, in Janesville, WI.

Mary married Raymond Dalee in 1948. He preceded her in death on August 18, 1966. Mary was later united in marriage with David Harms on August 21, 1974. He preceded her in death on September 23, 2007.

Mary is survived by her children, Connie Ott, Jim (Sue) Dalee, Diane (Tom) Heikkinen, Troy (David) Hylan; sister, Alice Blackburn; grandchildren, Adam (Jess) Heikkinen, Cody Heikkinen, Jeremy (Kathy) Dalee, Melanie (Shawn) Peyton, Ben Dalee, Ella Ott, Ramie Ott; great-grandchildren, Jayden Gasser, Mason Heikkenen, Ethan Heikkinen, and Halle Heikkinen.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, son John Dalee, brother Benjamin Christopherson, sister Patricia Tuite, and son-in-law Steve Ott.

Mary and her late husband Dave owned a cafe in Albany, a bar/restaurant in Prentice, and a catering business in Monroe. To say that Mary was a great cook would be an understatement; she always found great joy in cooking for large gatherings of family and friends. She possessed a genuine love for life and will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
