MONTICELLO — Mark A. Yaun, age 63, passed away on Friday, October 22, 2021 at his home. He was born on August 14, 1958 the son of Ralph and Margaret (Fiez) Yaun. Mark graduated from New Glarus High School in 1976. On August 19, 1983 he was united in marriage to Cindy Phillips in Monticello, WI. Mark was a life-long farmer, he had also worked as an assembler at Orchid International after retiring from dairy farming. Mark was a member of the New Glarus Bible Church, and had accepted Christ’s salvation on June 27, 1982. He enjoyed taking his Harley trike for rides around the area, along with attending car shows.
Mark is survived by his wife Cindy, daughters Rachel Parisi, Donna Disch, and Bethany (Caleb) Willi, and son Nathan (Angela) Yaun, grandchildren Dylan Parisi, Connor Payton, Whitney and Addison Disch, Logan and Evalyn Yaun, and Collin, Claire, and Jane Willi. He is further survived by his brothers Jeffrey (Debra) Yaun, Randy (Lori) Yaun, and Bruce (Sally) Yaun, sisters Ruth (Donald) Suchla, Barbara (Michael) Wayland, and Terri (Bill Beckwith) Yaun, nieces, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Steven, Michael, and Roger Yaun, son-in-law TJ Disch, mother-in-law Judy Saxer, and father-in-law Jack Phillips, and sister-in-law Betty Yaun.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at the New Glarus Bible Church, 207 Sixth St., New Glarus, WI. Pastor Darrell Boomer will officiate. Inurnment will be in the Swiss Church Cemetery, New Glarus.
A gathering of relatives and friends will precede the memorial service from 9:00 a.m. until time of service on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at the New Glarus Bible Church.
