LouAnn Hanson, age 93 of Monroe, Wisconsin, died Monday, May 29th, 2023, at SSM Hospice Care in Monroe. She was born on December 25th, 1929, to Herman and Marie (Boul) Schupback. LouAnn attended Monroe High School.
Born and raised in Monroe and Farmed on Balls Mill Farm where she had her 6 children, later she moved and lived in Arizona for 30 + years, and Arkansas, then returned to Monroe to be closer to her children and sister.
Loved her music, played in bands, and the drums in earlier years along with her tambourine. She played her tambourine with the Junction Jammers even at 93 years old, and loved to travel. Loved animals, but pigs and big dogs were her favorite (yellow labs). She liked to read, put puzzles together, embroider, bingo, play cards, bowling, and the game called Spinner. She remarried Paul Hanson, moved to Arizona where they started their own brokerage business, and fell in love with the mountains where she wished to be laid to rest.
She had 6 Children, Diane (Daryl) Feldt-Lehman, Carol (Gary) Davis, Jack Feldt, Randy (Tami) Feldt, Linda Feldt, Lorie (Mike) Koch, 10 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
Survived by Carol Davis, Randy Feldt and Lorie Koch (children), and sister Jeanette Kopp.
Preceded in death by her parents, sister Rose Peterson, and Children Diane Feldt-Lehman, Jack Feldt, and Linda Feldt. Husbands Kenneth Feldt, Paul Hanson, Bill Milam, and Harold Banks.
Her wishes are being honored, she did not want a visitation or service. She just wants people to remember her and embrace life and enjoy it.
