Lillian Petitjean nee Poczontko

Lillian Petitjean nee Poczontko, 92, died peacefully of natural causes on July 6, 2021. Lillian was born November 13, 1928 to the late Joseph and Anna Poczontko.

Following graduation from South Division HS in Milwaukee, Lillian worked for the telephone company in the engineering department for many years until she became a homemaker when her oldest son, Joseph was born. 

On February 28, 1960 she married the late Edwin R. Petitjean.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Edwin, brother Raymond, and sister Ruth.

She is survived by sons Joe (Wah Chin) and Anthony (Kristina), and daughter Cynthia. She is also survived by grandchildren Esme, Ava, and Max; sister Susie and beloved nieces.

She enjoyed dancing, hunting, fishing, books, puzzles, berry picking and cooking.

We would like to thank all the caregivers who supported mom in her care.

Funeral arrangements are being organized by Shriner Gohlke Funeral Home in Monroe, WI.

Family requests no memorials.

A Funeral Mass will be conducted by Father John Cerkas with internment at Martin Cemetery in Tipler.
