Lewis R. Coulthard, age 74 of Monroe passed away on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at Pleasant View Nursing Home. He was born on March 10, 1951 the son of Lewis Coulthard Sr., and Stella (Boss) Svendsen.  He attended South Wayne High School. Lewis worked at many factories over the years and was a supervisor at Jack Links for 15 years.  He enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, and bowling. He also collected baseball cards. 

Lewis is survived by his step-siblings, Stelda (Jim) Kosek, Mickey (Julie) Strothman, Norma Johnson, Tammy Walters, Cynthia Svendsen, Donny “Red” (Bonnie Bitz) Svendsen, and Terry (Marie) Svendsen; and many nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis Sr., and Stella (Don) Svendsen; siblings, Norm Strothman, Albert Strothman, Stanley Strothman, and Gail Svendsen; niece, Ashley Svendsen; nephews, Travis Blevins and Jason Strothman.
