June A. (Haman) Lusk, age 92, of La Crosse passed away on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at home.  She was born on June 17, 1933 at home in Argyle, the daughter of Gustave and Olga (Skattum) Gilbertson.  On October 9, 1999 June married Stephen Lusk.  June was a Dietitian’s Assistant at St. Clares’ Hospital Monroe and Gunderson Lutheran Hospital in La Crosse.  She enjoyed spending time with family especially the holidays and also the family reunions.  June also loved meeting with her co-workers once a month for breakfast.  She also enjoyed going to the casino. 

June is survived by her husband, Steve of La Crosse; children, Linda Krueger of Brodhead, Carla Gunderson of La Crosse, Sandra (Charles Weaver) Haman of Marion, IN, and Catherine (Brad) Bennett of Blanchardville; 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild, brother, Roger Gilbertson of Fayette; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Lyle, Gordon, Dean, Kenneth, and Clyde Gilbertson; sisters, Margaret Stauffacher, Opal Ommodt, and Elaine Skattum; and son-in-law, Jim Krueger.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 17, 2025 at 12:00 PM Noon at Shriner Hager Gohlke Funeral Home with Brad Bennett officiating.  Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
