Joseph Harry Keegan was born July 6th 1938 in Monroe Wisconsin. His mother and father, Thomas and Ann Keegan, had 4 sons and one daughter; Thomas, Michael, AnaMarie and John. 

Joseph had two children with Beverly Keegan, Ann and Kathleen; four grandchildren Christine, Courtney, McKenzie and Morgan; nephews Kevin Keegan, TJ Jacobs, John and Thomas; niece Cinda; great niece Kayla Keegan and great nephew Bradley Keegan.

He is survived by his wife Juliette and brother-in-law JimKelly.
