Jeffrey Ripp, age 73 of Monroe passed away on Monday, May 23, 2022 at his home. He was born the son of Donald and Beatrice (Marty) Ripp on May 17, 1949. He graduated from Monroe High School; after high school he served in the Army National Guard. Jeff was united in marriage to Debra Scott in 2003.
Jeff sold cars for over 40 years, starting his career at Marty Ripp Chevrolet and ending it by co-founding R & R Auto Sales in Juda. He loved golf and Wisconsin sports; Badgers, Bucks, Brewers, and Packers. He had a sweet tooth, especially when it came to Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. His greatest joy was his grandchildren.
Jeff is survived by his wife, Debra; children, Ryan (Ruzica) Ripp, Kari (Dan) Rosenstiel, Brent (Kelly) Ripp, and Tyler (Yanet Alba) Ripp; grandchildren, Chase, Alyssa, Ivan, Ethan, Gavin, Liam, Sophia, and Colton; siblings, Jerry (Linda) Ripp, Joe (Karla) Ripp, Libby Wuethrich, Jim Ripp, Mary Ripp, John (Bunny) Ripp; and brother-in-law, Scott Larsen.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Kitty Larsen; and brother-in-law, Jerry Wuethrich.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 PM on Friday, May 27, 2022 at St. Clare of Assisi Parish at St. Victors Catholic Church in Monroe with Father Tafadzwa Kushamba officiating.
Immediately following the service, a Celebration of Jeff’s Life will be held at the Ludlow Mansion in Monroe from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM.
