Jason Wayne Grossen, age 44, of Monticello passed away on Friday, October 30, 2020 at the Monroe Clinic Hospital. He was born the son of James and Debra (Boley) Grossen on March 3, 1976 in Monroe. Jason attended Monticello High School with the class of 1995.
Jason worked for Wirth Concrete and Landscaping. He enjoyed deer hunting and fishing; he specially loved to watch his son, Hunter play sports. He also spent countless hours with his best friend, David Wirth.
Jason is survived by his significant other, Angie Sweetwood and son, Hunter Grossen both of Monticello; parents, Jim and Debbie Grossen of Monticello; siblings, Tammy Moujahid, Denise (fiancé, Larry Van Dusen) Klassy, and Jeffrey Grossen; nephews and niece, Mason/Kendra Klassy, Tristan Klassy, and Halimah Moujahid; as well as many aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Grant and Hazel Boley; paternal grandparents, Robert and Margaret Grossen, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A public visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 PM on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at SHRINER HAGER GOHLKE Funeral Home. A private family service will be held with Rev. Lance Smith officiating. Due to the current health crisis masks and socially distancing will be required.
