Gary Bevars passed away unexpectedly on January 25, 2026. He was born to parents Paul and Betty Bevars in Bloomington, IL on February 22, 1956.

On October 23rd, 1982 Gary married the love of his life Theresa (Terri) Anderson, they have been married for 43 years. He was a welder for over 45 years at Colt Industries, Beloit Corp and Eclipse Combustion. In his free time he was passionate about hunting, fishing, trapping and camping.

He is survived by his wife Theresa (Terri) Bevars; sons Kade (Cassie) Bevars of Milton, Clint of Brodhead; daughter Amber Johnson of Menomonee Falls; grandchildren Kaidynce, Bernice, Kael, Ryanna, Jayden, Huntley; siblings JoAnn (Steve) Arn, Bob (Teri) Bevars, Janice Bevars, Bruce (Mary) Bevars.

Visitation for Gary will be held at the DL Newcomer Funeral Home on Friday, February 6, 2026 from 10AM to Noon with Memorial Services to follow right after visitation.
