E. Michael “Mike” Einbeck III, age 81, of Monroe passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2025. He was born on November 24, 1943 the son of Edward and Martha (Fritz) Einbeck. He graduated from Monroe High School. On August 1, 1964 Mike married Audry Bukoski at St. Mary Catholic Church in Fennimore, WI.
Mike was the owner/operator of Regez Cheese and Paper Supply, retiring on December 31, 2013. He was a member of St. Victor’s Catholic Church at St. Clare of Assisi Parish, Loyal Order of the Moose, the Lions Club, and he served on the Volunteer Fire department in Monroe for 15 years. In his free time, he enjoyed golfing, fishing, hunting, and woodworking.
Mike is survived by his wife, Audry; children, Brian (Kathy) Einbeck, Bradley (Kim) Einbeck, Barry (Sandra) Einbeck, and Blane (Nicole) Einbeck all of Monroe; nine grandchildren, Brianna (Tony) Engeli, Leslie (Dan) Kaiser, Cassandra (Tyler Schultz) Einbeck, Alex (Emma) Einbeck, Trent Einbeck, Mitchell (Sadie) Einbeck, Kayla (Nick) Olson, Ally (Tate) Beller, and Anika Einbeck; five great-grandchildren, Brooks, Everly, Brinley, Tanner, Ava, and one on the way; siblings, Sharon Curless of Brodhead, and Charles (Lori) Einbeck of Brodhead.
He was preceded in death by his parents and niece, Karen Einbeck.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, February 28, 2025 at St. Victor’s Catholic Church at St. Clare of Assisi Parish at 12:00 PM Noon with Father Chahm Gahng and Monsignor Larry Bakke as con-celebrant. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
