Monroe – Dorothy Mae Schuur, age 90, passed away peacefully on March 30, 2020 at St. Clare Friedensheim Assisted Living in Monroe, WI.

Dorothy was born the daughter of Fred and Johanna Buss in Adeline, Illinois on October 17, 1929

She was united in marriage to the love of her life Raymond A. Schuur on December 24, 1946 in Pecatonica, IL.

She is survived by her children, Daniel (Vicki) of Monroe, Steve of Santa Fe, Texas, Jodine (Terry) Wolfe of Crowley, Texas, Richard (Jean) and Benjamin (Darnell) Schuur both of Brodhead; her siblings, Joan, Robert and Lois; 16 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Raymond on March 26, 2015, a brother George and a grandson, Bryon Rennison.

The family would like to thank the staff at St. Clare Friedensheim for their love, support and kindess shown to Dorothy these last two years. Also, a special thanks to Agrace Hospice for making this journey with us easier. You are all such special people who truly care for their patients.
